Our Story

​​We (Luke and Joyce) have been in the health and wellness industry since 2007 and 2001, with certifications in massage therapy, a variety of bodywork modalities, esthetics, and holistic health. We are nature lovers, wanderers, and full-time RVers.

Our intentional wellbeing workshops, coaching, and membership options are created based on our many years of training and experience discovering what does and doesn't work! We also base them on our lifestyle of adventure, nature, and creativity, along with living simply and minimally, seeking a life of wildness and contentment.

We share our therapeutic massage and bodywork skills, along with our holistic health knowledge, in a way that empowers you to use them for the benefit of yourself and your loved ones!
